its an Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich official firmware update released this August 2012.
This is an upgrade from last April released ICS 4.0.3 I9100XWLP7. It has the latest ‘Modem’ build version I9100XXLQ6 same from the recent releases in European countries like UK, Nordic countries, Poland and more with the ICS firmware build I9100XWLPT.

Caution: For advance users that currently runs with custom ROM or a rooted device, just be careful while performing wipe data in flashing. The “CAP_ERASE” might also enabled on this ROM as so-called “eMMC bug”. This bug is only triggered with kernels (ICS leaked) which have the eMMC_Erase function/command.
The I9100 kernel known of to ever get released that triggered the eMMC bug was “Siyah 3.1rc6”. While all other known kernels are safe. If you need to know about this issues then you’d probably bothered to read this Chainfire’s “got brickbug” thread.
