  1. Hi…actually i have the original firmware provided by Samsung AT&T Galaxy note 2. But while doing the software update, I get the error “Software update interrupted. Software is up to date. Check back in 48 hours.” So I tricked the clock to 2 days to try again. And didn’t work. Kept tricking the clock further but dint do good. So now it is currently showing 8 days. So wanted to know if something could be done to fix this. Thanks

  2. I followed your guide and it worked PERFECTLY!

    Thank you so very much!

    My device:

    SGH-I317 (AT&T)
Coverted from 4.1.2 OTA to 4.1.1. Stock AT&T firmware

  3. When I open Odin it doesn’t show the file when I click pda. it only brings up the file I used to root it. do u know why this is happening?

    1. May I need to know what ROM you’ve used before Odin’ing back to stock? Restore back to previous ROM, then flash the Boot.img of that particular ROM, a mismatched bootloader image causing stuck on boot screen logo. i.e if you have installed 4.3 based ROM then this caused issues when you Odin back to 4.2.2.

  4. Did everything on this page. I already had odin 3.07 so didn’t need to install that. I also had the KIES_HOME_I317UCALJ2_I317ATTALJ2_215287_REV04_user_low_ship.tar.md5 file on hand.

The flashing in odin too about 6.5 minutes (according to the timer display). Now I’m back to 4.1.1 stock — ready to flash to AT&T Android 4.3 OTA (after a few updates in between).

    Thanks for the helpful article.

    Dennis

    1. Dennis Periquet, have you be able to update to Android 4.3 OTA? It keeps saying that the software is current even I’ve flashed the phone back to version 4.1.1. If you’ve successful updated your phone to version 4.3, please show me how if you don’t mind?
      Thanks
