T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy Note 2 SGH-T899 official Android 4.1.2 Jelly bean update has finally arrived. Samsung and T-Mobile has just release the new software’s Baseband version T889UVBMB4 based on Android Version 4.1.2 Jelly bean via OTA (over-the-air) and Kies server. This is an upgrade from earlier Android 4.1.1 Jelly Bean version T889UVALL4 that Patch Exynos Exploit months ago.
The biggest part of this 4.1.2 update is that it’s now supports LTE capabilty. So, for those who lives in areas when the LTE network became accessible, this is a very great news. Some other noticeable features is the camera enhancements which users can now use the volume buttons as a shutter or zoom control. We will cover more changes and features later on from T-Mobile’s official websites.
Again, this update is push via OTA So you better check your device Settings>> About device>> Check for Updates. You could also update the device using Samsung Kies, Just download and install it on your computer, connect your device the check for the update.
Those who have a rooted Galaxy Note 2 might suffer updating issues,since the device is already rooted or so-called “modified”. We will cover you on how to upgrade using Odin and the original T889UVBMB4 stock ROM.
