Install I337MVLUGOC4 Galaxy S4 SGH-I337M, Canada Official Lollipop Update Firmware

Canadian carriers have rolled out the official Lollipop update on Samsung Galaxy S4 SGH-1337M. The latter got the build number I337MVLUGOC4 which is base in latest Android 5.0.1 Lollipop (LRX22C).  The update is now available on Bell, Telus, Koodo, and among other Canadian network provider’s branded Galaxy S4 SGH-I337M.  This is an update to the previous Android 4.4.2 KitKat build I337MVLUFNI2 way back in October last year.  It took for a while now, but it seems this is just a very surprising update since we have seen that the Galaxy S5 SM-G900W8 got the Android 5.0 Lollipop which is an older version compare to this update.

Canada’s Firmware packages are all the same build which refer to as Bell in the end-result. Just Change the CSC code according to your network provider.
(NOTE: This process will wipe data, so make a back-up first all of your important data storage.)

1. Get the IMEI number of your phone, by dialing *#06#.
2. Copy the number indicated not including the / xx.
3. Once copied go back and dial this number *#272*IMEI#.
4. Select the correct CSC for your phone’s carrier then tap install.
i.e. BMC = Bell, RWC = Rogers. TLS = Telus, FMC = Fido, and others.
5. The Phone will reset and reboot.
However, if you get bootloops or stuck at welcome screen logo, this is seemingly normal when your device came from a modified and rooted firmware. All you need to do is perform the advanced full factory reset method. This will wipe all the remaining data from your device so again, you should already have the back-up copy of all of files before doing this.
Again, this is only optional just in-case you’ll experience bootloops and lag issues after flashing.
Press and hold Volume Up+ Home+Power button, then select the Wipe Data/Factory Reset, to gain a fresher and a cleaner firmware installation.
