Those who might be looking for a new tweaks of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean that can be found on Samsung Galaxy S4, you can now get a sneak peek of this 4.2.2 Jelly Bean features out on your owned Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300. The Samsung Galaxy S3 I9300 Android 4.2.2 I9300XXUFME3 firmware is far more stable than the previous leaked 4.2.1 Jelly Bean.
The leaked Android 4.2.2 I9300XXUFME3 firmware brings a new looks and features, including the light effect of the Samsung Galaxy S4 make for the lockscreen selected. Further, the barrier screen is equipped with a clock, whose size can be changed, as well as an editable message. S Voice was updated to the known from the S4 (and better working version), there are new color modes, voice control options, a modified gallery layout, better Samsung apps and more.
Again, this isn’t an official update released by Samsung and it doesn’t have a new Baseband build or Modem version. You can flash it manually into your device using odin, but make sure you have all your important files being backed-up and perform wipe data reset. Simply, grab the stock I9300XXUFME3 firmware and then flash it using Odin.
In addition, this firmware can be rooted too, you can root this build using Chainfire’s CF-Auto root. Although, this is already Android 4.2.2, but the overall-design isn’t looks like the Samsung Galaxy S4 at all, some stuff already found from the latest 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Just hope that Samsung will make a more complex build when the official 4.2.2 build arrives.
Have you already installed this firmware? How does it perform? Does it good for everyday use?
